Photography/Videography

Shoot Specifications: 

• Each package includes a single photoshoot conducted within a three-month period, lasting up to four (4) hours. 

• The deliverables will include up to forty (40) photos and four (4) mini videos (reels).

Client Input & Preparation:

• The client must inform the team of the desired shoot direction and photo style before the scheduled shoot.

• All necessary requirements for the shoot must be ready prior to the agreed-upon date and time.

• Any special requests regarding the final output of the photos or reels must be communicated to the team before the shoot.

• Rescheduling a shoot must be done with a written notice of 5 working days prior to the agreed-upon date, otherwise, you’ll be liable for an additional 50% in fees for rescheduling.

Purpose of Deliverables: 

• The client must specify the intended use of the photos and videos (e.g., for social media or website purposes) to ensure proper formatting and sizing.

Ownership: 

• The client retains full ownership of all photos and videos.

Payment Terms: 

• Payment must follow the schedule outlined in the general payment terms. Full payment is required upfront.

Additional Services:

• Models are not included in the package but can be arranged for an additional charge.

• Any extra time exceeding four (4) hours will incur additional charges.

Editing & Reshoots:

• Once the reels and photos are edited and finalized based on the client’s shared references and directions, no re-shoots or re-edits will be accommodated.

Timeline & Deliverables: 

• Reels and photos will be finalized as per the agreed project scope and references.
